The Future: 2019

Bob Johansen, from the Institute of the Future, spoke at this year's ARF conference. While no one can predict the future, the Institute does scenario planning to provoke insight about what the future may hold, to lead to better decisions for the present. The video is an hour long--but inspiring.

Two of the Institute's predictions:
1) the notion of cyberspace will change as technology further enables us to filter info
2) technology moves from mechanical, linear thinking (engineering) to one of biology thinking (cycles)
